K.T.D. - KILL TANK DODGE
KTD was my entry for Ludum Dare 35 (Transformation) that i did with my friend Lamont Miller. I did all of the programming for the game in unity over 48hrs. it is an arcade style space shooter. The purpose of the game is to last as long as possible by using the various forms of your ship to attack, heal and absorb enemy fire to regenerate your own ammo stores.
kill form is the initial state of the players ship. it allows for attacking your enemies with a limited ammo pool.
Tank form is the second form of the players ship. while in this form the player moves slower, but takes less damage from hits and can use their attack button to absorb enemy fire, turning them into ammo for use in Kill Form.
Dodge form is the third form of the players ship. while in this form they can move much faster but also take additional damage when hit. while in Dodge form the ship recovers health.
